Request a course record or a certificate of completion
Course Record Request
Course records show your completed courses and their corresponding grades. If you’re looking to request a certificate of completion after having completed your courses, look below at the “Certificate Request” section.
Requesting a course record is a two-step process. Please note that course records will not reflect courses in which you are currently enrolled. If you want your course record to reflect current courses, please wait until your classes are complete before submitting a course record request.
- Purchase the course record at the button below by adding it to your cart and going through the checkout procedure (this requires an account on the ccef.org website).
- Once your purchase is complete, you need to go to the Course Record Request page. Be sure you have your order number, as you’ll need to input that into the request form.
Certificate Request
By submitting this form, you are confirming that you have completed the required courses to receive the certificate for which you are applying (program options can be found here).
We send out certificates of completion three times a year. Deadlines for submitting this form are as follows:
- Summer deadline: June 30 (certificates mailed in July)
- Fall deadline: September 30 (certificates mailed in October)
- Winter deadline: January 30 (certificates mailed in February)
Certificates are mailed shortly after the deadlines listed above. We will contact you once your certificate has been mailed.
Please note: a pastoral reference may be required to receive your certificate.
