This article begins with an introductory comment from the editor, Wesley Walters, about the preceding article by H. Michael Marquardt. In the article that follows, Marquardt lays out the growing body of evidence that shows conclusively that the Book of Mormon is really a nineteenth-century fictional writing. Marquardt demonstrates various evidences that show the King James Version is the primary source for the Book of Mormon. Marquardt then proceeds to show numerous examples and similarities between the Book of Mormon and the King James Version. The article concludes with an extensive index showing chronological inaccuracies in the Book of Mormon.
