Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Fees and Insurance

Our counseling fee is $95 per hour for daytime appointments. Please contact our office for information about our self-pay reduced rate program.

All counseling charges are due before each appointment. We accept cash (exact amount appreciated), personal checks, and major credit cards.

In today’s health insurance climate, insurers are increasingly reluctant to pay for an out-of-network provider. It is important for you to understand what your policy covers. If you have coverage, we are glad to provide you with the proper receipts for your carrier. However, you will be expected to make full payment at the time of your session and have your insurance company reimburse you. Thanks for your understanding.

On the rare occasion that the CCEF New England office closes due to weather, we will call all counselees scheduled for that day. Should you ever decide to cancel your session due to weather, we simply ask that you call to let us know. No cancellation fee will be charged.
